Cadmould-F is a modular system for different kinds of users that enables the customer to invest just the right amount for his/her needs. Cadmould Fill helps in the development of molds with hot and cold runners. By adding Cadmould Pack and Cadmould Cool to Cadmould Fill the user may determine optimum injection, packing and cooling conditions to develop a highly productive processes with minimum cycle times that would allow to maximize business profitability and product quality.
In order to control product distortion Cadmould Warp Expert predicts residual stresses and deformation of the component before and after ejection from the mold providing enough information to compensate and modify the mold design even before the machining of the mold starts.
